We are looking for experienced CDL Hotshot drivers to join our growing operation. This position is for drivers running 40’ gooseneck trailers hauling cars, heavy equipment, and general freight. Routes are regional and OTR with consistent work available.
REQUIREMENTS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):
Valid CDL Class A
Minimum 3 year of experience driving hotshots with a 40’ gooseneck
Proven experience:
Strapping and securing loads
Tarping
Loading and unloading
Strapping cars
Hauling heavy equipment
Must know proper load securement (DOT compliant)
Valid DOT medical card
Clean driving record (MVR)
Reliable, responsible, and professional
Ability to stay out on the road as required
PAY STRUCTURE:
50/50 split after truck expenses (diesel, insurance, etc.) Average take-home: $1,000 – $1,500 per week (depends on loads and efficiency)
Average weekly take-home: $1,000 – $1,200+
