Job Summary
Seeking a Case Management Assistant to support Medicaid recipients with the HIPP / Premium Assistance program, including coverage verification, premium processing, case maintenance, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with HIPP enrollment via phone and correspondence
Verify health coverage and eligibility documents
Maintain case files and process premium payments
Handle high-volume eligibility and coverage inquiries
Conduct audits, escalate complex cases, and prepare report
Minimum Related Work Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the insurance industry, healthcare, or government-sponsored health insurance, including customer service and medical billing knowledge, or related math-based experience.
At least 2 years of experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
Call center experience preferred.
Human Resources or health insurance experience preferred.
Bilingual skills preferred.
Familiarity with healthcare terminology is a plus.
