* Clean driving record
* Dump truck/end dump experience preferred
* Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
* Daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections
* Strong communication and professionalism

* Frequently miss work or show up late
* Abuse equipment
* Don’t communicate
* Cut corners on safety or inspections
