We are hiring dependable and experienced CDL drivers to join our growing team in the Houston area (LOCAL WORK). The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of CDL driving EXPERIENCE, a CLEAN driving record, and a strong work ethic.
If you do not have experience in the CEMENT field or PNEUMATIC tanks, we can provide TRAINING.
We do not have a specific SCHEDULE, but loads typically start between 2:00am – 7:00am and run until 12pm – 3:00pm.
We currently have 3 open POSITIONS available. We are not a broker, we work directly with our customers, including CEMEX in the cement sector, which allows our drivers to receive consistent and reliable loads.
Pay Structure:
-Training pay available (based on experience)
-Earn 30% starting pay, with growth based on performance and reliability.
-Weekly pay
-Must be able to work as 1099
-Guaranteed daily pay even when work is unavailable due to weather conditions
-Compensation provided for WAIT TIME, DIVERSIONS, and CANCELED loads.
Requirements:
-Valid CDL A
-Minimum 2 years of experience
-Clean MVR
-Must be responsible, professional, and PUNCTUAL
