We stay busy year-round and are looking to build relationships with professionals and small crews who take pride in quality work and professionalism.
Painting Work Includes:
• Interior painting
• Exterior painting
• Drywall repair & texture
• Cabinet painting
• Trim, doors & molding
• Prep work, masking & cleanup
• Occasional stain and finish work
Handyman Work May Include:
• Drywall repairs
• Trim and carpentry
• Door installation/repair
• Light plumbing & electrical
• Fixture installation
• Punch list items
• General home repairs
• Remodeling assistance
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years professional experience
• Must have your own transportation
• Must have your own basic tools/equipment
• Ability to produce quality work with attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to communicate professionally with homeowners
• Must keep work areas clean and organized
• No drug or alcohol issues on jobsites
• Must be able to work independently or with a crew
• Valid ID required
Preferred:
• Spray experience (painters)
• Drywall and texture experience
• General remodeling experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Pay:
• Contract / 1099 work
• Paid per project or agreed scope
