Qualifications:
MUST HAVE... STRONG Diagnosis skills, Strong AC and Strong Alignment skills with little to no Comebacks.
10+ years of Automotive Shop Experience.
Diagnostic Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing automotive issues efficiently.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensure accurate repairs and safety.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
Customer-Focused: Dedication to delivering top-notch service that exceeds customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
Perform vehicle diagnostics and recommend necessary repairs.
Complete repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately. flag 40-50+ hours per week
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs to clients.
