MEMCO Staffing is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Recruiter Coordinator / Admin for our Pasadena, TX branch. In this role, you will be the backbone of our local recruiting operations, ensuring our recruiters have the administrative support they need to place top construction talent across the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruiter Partnership: Work directly with our recruiters to manage candidate pipelines and sync interview schedules.
• Administrative Management: Oversee branch documentation, maintain organized candidate files, and handle daily office flow.
• Onboarding Logistics: Facilitate background checks, drug screenings, and safety credentialing to get field personnel onto job sites quickly.
• Bilingual Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for applicants, providing a professional experience in both English and Spanish.
Qualifications
• Language: Must be fully Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Computer Proficiency: Must have strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe.
• Core Skills: Professional level writing and typing skills are required for data entry and correspondence.
• Experience: Previous background in high-volume staffing or construction administration is highly preferred.
• Location: Must be able to work on-site at our Pasadena Branch: 2626 Shaver Street, Pasadena, Texas 77502
