NOW HIRING: Day Shift (Mon - Fri, 5am-5pm hours may vary) CNC Lead – Leadership Required
Radley Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Day Shift CNC Lead for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with CNC experience who can manage people, processes, and production flow without constant oversight.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who can step in, take ownership of the shift, and keep operations moving.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support day-shift CNC operators
Track production orders and ensure shift continuity
Manage shift handoffs and coordinate changeovers
Communicate effectively with Quality and Production teams
Input and track data in Power BI
Assist with staffing needs, including calling in personnel when required
Maintain workflow in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Requirements:
-Prior CNC machining experience (required)
-Proven leadership or lead-hand experience (required)
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Comfortable with production reporting and data entry
-Ability to manage priorities and personnel under pressure
-Must pass a background check
-Must be authorized to work in the US
Pay:
$28–$30 per hour (final rate to be confirmed based on experience)
