Hybrid Fab is a turnkey decorative railing subcontractor specializing in commercial construction projects. We fabricate and install custom metal and glass railing systems for commercial buildings throughout Texas and beyond.
We are currently seeking an experienced Install Associate with 3–5 years of construction or railing installation experience to join our growing field team. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, skilled with tools, and comfortable working in fast-paced commercial construction environments.
This is a hands-on position with opportunities for long-term growth within a rapidly expanding company.
Responsibilities
Railing Installation
Install decorative metal and glass railing systems according to project specifications and company standards
Read and interpret shop drawings, field measurements, and installation layouts
Ensure all installations meet quality and safety requirements
Material Handling
Load, unload, organize, and transport materials and tools safely
Handle metal components, glass panels, and installation hardware carefully
Site Preparation & Safety
Prepare and maintain clean and organized job sites
Follow OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures
Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE)
Tool & Equipment Operation
Operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other construction equipment safely
Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
Team Collaboration
Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and installation crews
Communicate professionally with contractors and job-site personnel
Help maintain project schedules and installation deadlines
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in commercial construction, railing installation, metal fabrication, or related field required
Experience with architectural metal or glass railing systems strongly preferred
Ability to read construction drawings and measurements
Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
Comfortable working outdoors and at active construction sites
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
OSHA certification is a plus
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
