We are seeking an experienced painting subcontractor or small crew for a residential exterior project scheduled for January in Houston.
This is a one-time project with a clearly defined scope. If the project is a good fit on both sides, we are open to staying in touch for future opportunities.
Compensation
- Fixed total payout: $2,200–$2,400
- Final amount determined based on experience and confirmed scope
- Payment issued immediately upon job completion
- This payout includes all labor and materials required to complete the project
- Budget is set for this project and not subject to negotiation
Who We’re Looking For
Professional subcontractors who:
- Have 5+ years of residential painting experience
- Have strong exterior painting experience
- Are experienced with wood repair and prep
- Communicate clearly and respond promptly
- Show up on time and conduct themselves professionally
- Represent our company professionally while on site (No promotion of outside businesses on our projects)

- Own tools and equipment
- Ability to provide photos of past exterior projects
