PeopleReady Skilled Trades is hiring experienced tradespeople and industrial workers for an upcoming project in Dayton, Texas.
Multiple positions and shifts are available. The final work schedule and shift assignments are still being determined.

Pay: $24–$31 per hour, depending on position and experience
Weekly Pay
OPEN POSITIONS
Electrical Technician – $28–$30/Hour DOE
Responsibilities include wiring outlets, receivers, and connectors, making equipment connections, and plugging in testing machines.
An electrical license is not required, but previous electrical or industrial wiring experience is required.
Mechanical Technician – $24–$26/Hour DOE
Responsibilities include assisting skilled tradespeople, moving and staging materials, running materials through machinery as directed, and supporting equipment installation and assembly.
Previous mechanical, industrial, construction, or high-level skilled labor experience is required.
Combination Welder – $29–$31/Hour DOE
Responsibilities include performing MIG and Stick welding and welding machinery to embedded steel plates in the ground.
A welding license or certification is not required, but professional MIG and Stick welding experience is required. Candidates may be required to complete a hands-on weld test.
Hydraulic Technician – $29–$31/Hour DOE
Responsibilities include assembling and installing hydraulic piping and hoses, connecting hydraulic components to equipment, installing fittings and valves, and performing some welding.
A license or certification is not required, but previous hydraulic, industrial mechanical, millwright, or related experience is required.
Machine Operator – $25–$27/Hour DOE
Responsibilities include operating an overhead rail crane to load, unload, lift, and position materials.
This position does not involve operating telehandlers or other heavy construction equipment.
A license or certification is not required, but previous overhead crane, rail crane, bridge crane, or industrial material-handling experience is required.
