Listed as a post puller. I built this to remove concrete plugs when installing new fences. It is extremely good at what it does and removes the need to dig the post up. I started off using a come-a-long to pull the plugs. Later I went to a 10 ton hydraulic hand pump. And the final version was an air/over/hydraulic for nearly effortless concrete plug removal. I am listing the air/over/hydraulic set up as a separate bid item.
