LEGO Friends 41039 Sunshine Ranch. The set is missing the chicken and a sticker. There are also 23 substituted pieces, that is less than 4% of this set. Some of the substituted pieces are major pieces, for example, two 16x16s, one 8x16, etc. All other pieces are believed to be there, but not guaranteed. Not all pieces are in perfect condition and some may be a little dirty. No instructions , but they can be accessed on the Lego site. The set is listed as fair condition for the above reasons. Sold as is.
