The apartment is at the SYNC. It is a very lovely quiet family apartment complex clean, spacious and very speedy with maintenance supports and staff communication.

I've enjoyed my time there and honestly don't want to leave but due to work assignment. I have to relocate. I'm seeking someone who doesn't mind taking over my lease for our one bedroom and continuing the lease. There is opportunity to extend if you desire. I'm willing to also foot the application fee. If the person can ensure they have a stable employment and can move in asap. All is electric. You only pay rent and electric.

(Note the Apt would be empty, clean and UNFURNISHED)

Apt is $950 + minor miscellaneous fees dependent on usage e.g water typically cheap.
