Terms are somewhat negotiable--but I am generally not looking for anything less than a 2 to 3 month stay. Not looking for nightly, weekend, or weekly rentals.
I pay gas, water, and wifi. You pay for your own electricity. (If not... people just leave the a/c running and all the lights on 24/7.) But under normal use, you're talking about $35 to $75/mo for power in this unit depending on whether winter or summer.)
The area is fantastic. Quiet, but right in the heart of things. Great freeway access to 59, 610 and I-10. Great spot to stay at while visiting relatives or moving into town for work and having some breathing room to find the perfect longer term rental or home to buy. Not too far from the Medical Center so also a great place to stay if you or a family memeber are in town for treatments of some kind--or a travel nurse.

We're pretty picky about who we rent to so if you have been evicted from some other place or are currently being evicted--we will not rent to you. If your credit is shot (minumum score 650), we will not rent to you. If you are unemployed (unless you have a trust fund or other sufficient, verifiable income), we will not rent to you. Etc.
