Manufacturer's Description
The magnetic break-free base reduces the risk of injury that may occur when players slide into base. The base cover features a metal stanchion pan that breaks free from the magnetic base when impacted. The holding strength of the magnetic base can be adjusted via three included interchangeable plates that bolt to the bottom of the base pan, making it easy to customize the playing field to suit players of all ages and skill levels. As an added safety measure, the rubber base cover has a ribbed surface that keeps cleats from slipping on the bag, letting players round the bases with confidence. The magnetic break-free base is apporved for play in Little League baseball and is backed by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
