Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative will support customers by managing incoming sales inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role works closely with operations and production to ensure accurate order fulfillment and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to inbound sales calls, emails, and customer inquiries
• Prepare and follow up on quotes for products and custom orders
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with production and shipping teams on order status and timelines
Qualifications
• Inside sales or customer service experience (industrial, manufacturing, or oil & gas preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable handling multiple orders and priorities
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Proficient with computers and basic office software
• Professional phone and email etiquette
