Job description:
We are in the top 1% of manufactured home retailers in Texas. We've achieved this by offering quality homes, amazing customer service, and honest pricing. We have a great team that works together to accomplish our ultimate goal -- providing our customers with the best home buying experience possible.
Duties:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
- Show customers our homes and help them find the right one
- Negotiate and close deals
- Follow up calls, e-mails, texts
- Marketing for additional opportunities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a major plus but not required.
- Must have strengths in Excel and CRM knowledge
