Energy Sales Representative – D2D Residential & Commercial (Base + Uncapped Commission)
Job Description
Are you a self-starter who loves the thrill of the hunt? RoseChild Services LLC is expanding our sales team in the Richmond/Houston area! We are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Energy Sales Representatives.
In this role, you will engage directly with residential and commercial prospects to help them optimize their energy rates. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position perfect for those who want the freedom of being their own boss with the support of an established company.
What We Offer:
-Weekly Base Pay: $200/week to keep you grounded.
-Uncapped Commissions: Paid semi-monthly.
-Diverse Portfolio: Sell to both homeowners and businesses.
-Flexibility: Manage your own schedule and territory.
Compensation Structure:
-Base: $200 per week.
-Residential Commission: $0.004 per kWh.
-Commercial Commission: $0.025 per kWh.
Example: A standard commercial contract can result in significant payouts based on high usage!
Requirements:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Resilience and a positive "can-do" attitude.
-Ability to work independently and hit targets.
-Reliable transportation to get to your sales territory.
-Previous D2D or energy sales experience is a plus, but we will train the right personality!
