We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive new business through Pay-Per-Lead campaigns, cold emailing services, and social media engagement. This role focuses on generating qualified leads, engaging prospects, and converting opportunities into sales for security, CCTV, and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate qualified leads through Pay-Per-Lead platforms
• Execute and manage cold email campaigns (targeting, follow-ups, optimization)
• Engage prospects via LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social platforms
• Respond to inbound leads and qualify prospects (budget, need, timeline)
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos with prospects
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to align solutions with client needs
• Track leads, activities, and pipeline in CRM
• Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel
• Meet or exceed monthly lead, appointment, and revenue targets
• Provide market feedback to improve outreach strategies and messaging

Required Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
• Proven experience with cold emailing and digital outreach
• Familiarity with Pay-Per-Lead platforms and lead qualification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable engaging decision-makers (owners, operations managers, IT, security)
• Basic understanding of B2B sales funnels
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
