HighFive is hiring full-time Sales Reps to recruit and onboard workers in the trades and service industries to capture first-person video on the job.

This is a boots-on-the-ground role. You'll be shaking hands with contractors, visiting job sites, and building relationships with small business owners. We pay the workers you recruit — and you earn a bonus for every hour of footage they capture.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Reach out to businesses and workers in landscaping, commercial cleaning, automotive service, hotel housekeeping, construction, skilled trades, and agriculture
• Meet people in person — job sites, shops, crew yards
• Equip recruits with a head-mounted camera rig and walk them through the process
• Track participation and help workers hit capture targets
• Be the local face of HighFive in your city

COMPENSATION

• $20–$22/hr base pay (based on experience)
• +$0.25 bonus for every hour of viable footage your recruits capture
• Full-time hours

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Prior hands-on experience in landscaping, construction, cleaning, auto service, hospitality, or agriculture — you know the culture and can earn trust quickly
• A people person comfortable with cold outreach and in-person conversations
• Self-directed, organized, reliable
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be local to the city you're applying for
