Business Development Representative (Bilingual Preferred)

Our Local Spring Branch neighborhood laundromat is an established, locally owned laundromat serving the Houston area. We offer self-service laundry, wash & fold, and are rapidly expanding our commercial laundry services and residential pickup & delivery program.
We’re looking for a highly motivated, self-driven sales professional who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and closing deals. If you’re someone who thrives on performance and wants unlimited earning potential, we’d like to meet you.
What You’ll Do
* Prospect local businesses through cold calls and in-person visits.
* Build relationships with apartment communities, restaurants, hotels, gyms, salons, medical offices, Airbnb hosts, property managers, and other commercial clients.
* Promote our residential pickup & delivery laundry service.
* Distribute marketing materials and generate referrals.
* Track daily sales activities and follow up with prospects.
* Work closely with the owner to identify and prioritize target territories.
* Manage social media (X, Yelp, Instagram, Tic tok) in order to drive business and sales
Compensation
* 100% commission-based
* Earn a percentage of every new account you close.
* Unlimited earning potential—your income is directly tied to your results.
* Gas reimbursement for approved business travel.
Qualifications
* Previous sales experience preferred (outside sales, B2B sales, door-to-door, or service sales).
* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
* Friendly, professional, and confident communicator.
* Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face prospecting.
* Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
* Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
