Join our team as a TSTA Part-Time Consultant to help empower public school employees. In this role, you will visit campuses and engage with school employees during their lunch breaks. Working alongside a teammate, you'll provide snacks and share information that outlines the benefits of belonging to this outstanding organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Visit district campuses and connect with educators during their duty - free lunch period
- Distribute snacks and flyers to staff
- Set up and manage an information table with TSTA resources
- Debrief with the team, collect and restock supplies, and forward all completed membership forms to the assigned staff
COMPENSATION & HOURS:
- Up to 29 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling—no weekly commitment required
WORK SCHEDULE:
- Seasonal work: June-October and January-May
- Hours: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (flexibility is key, but availability during these hours is necessary)
- Must attend training sessions
