Key Responsibilities
Manage all day-to-day store operations.
Lead, train, coach, and motivate store associates.
Achieve monthly sales and profitability goals.
Maintain excellent customer service standards.
Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, and merchandising.
Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Open and close the store, including cash handling and bank deposits.
Schedule employees and manage labor efficiently.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Maintain accurate inventory counts and minimize product loss.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety procedures.
Coordinate product displays, promotions, and seasonal merchandising.
Monitor key performance indicators (sales, margins, average ticket, and inventory turns).
Work closely with vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
Represent the FR Zone brand with professionalism and integrity.
