I've just recently returned to the Houston area after being in California for the last 6 years. Before that I was here for about 10 years. I'm a single female age 42. I'm native American. I don't get a check for being native. My tribe lives in poverty. I have tattoos on my head and arms. I'm quiet. . I came back for medical reasons. Houston has the best doctor's in the world. I am looking for a small Private residence that will allow me to work in exchange for rent. I promise you I am a very hard worker. My work ethic is superb. I'm very detailed, fast and efficient with just about everything I do. I try to make every move count. I don't like wasting time. I don't like wasting anyone else's time either. I'm very considerate and thoughtful. I do the work I'm given and I do not complain. My work is complete and thorough as I do not half ass or rush through it just to get it done. I rarely ever have to redo anything. . I don't require any accessories or ahigh maintenance and can live happily on bare minimum. I can work extremely well and can stay calm in the middle of chaos. I'm very tolerant. Patient. I adapt well. I'm very disciplined and I'm dedicated to my determination. What would take 3 people to complete in 5 hours I can complete on my own in 1. Im a very fast learner. I pay attention to detail. I have somewhat of a photographic memory. I have principals and have high moral values. I'm good with electronics. I'm good at landscaping. Home repairs. Auto detailing. Organizing. Monitoring. Inventory. Collecting data. Locating. Detailed cleaning. I can stick to a schedule. I work overtime, weekends, nights and holidays. I can multitask and very acceptable to change. I can travel at short notice if need be. Ground maintenance. I have no problem with walking for miles. I have no affiliation with any persons or have any family so there is no cause for distraction. It's just me. I'm not looking for any personal or physical relations at all. I don't drink. I just smoke weed. Open minded to any substance. I do not judge or have an opinion about what anyone chooses to do. I'm just looking for a safe place with 4 walls, a roof and possibly a restroom.
