These pics are of some previous deals I’ve done as well as a $24,850 deal I just closed on today so you can see I’ve been doing this a while. I personally only had no more then a $250 earnest money deposit at risk on each of these transactions. I don’t know about you but I’d risk $250 to make 20k every day of the week!
