Looking for a Senior Female to share a 2 Bedroom Apartment with my Senior Father (89) with moderate dementia. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom. Am willing to work out an arrangement where in exchange for helping with my father, we would discount the rent and possibly even pay a monthly wage. The help would consist of light housekeeping, etc.
All utilities are included (including TV) and food in the dining room is available for an extra $500 month (3 meals a day). There are free washers and dryers on the same floor. They also have activities that you can participate in and shuttle service to local stores, banks, etc. While small dogs and cats are allowed, we would need to discuss the situation first.
