The home is located right off of Champion Forest and Louetta, in the prestigious Champion Springs subdivision. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood.

HOUSE RULES FOR GUESTS
- Show all guests, hosts, co-hosts, house managers and neighbors respect and maintain appropriate boundaries (no yelling, cursing, slamming doors, harassing, or other disruptions).
- Always remain appropriately clothed (having top and bottom wear, not showcasing nakedness or undergarments) when accessing shared areas of the home.
- Parking in another area other than your assigned space is prohibited.
- Only one vehicle is allowed per booking.
- When leaving the house, manually push the "lock" button on the keypad to lock the door behind you, as the door will not lock automatically.
- No smoking indoors or on the front porch.
- No parties or events.
- Clean up after yourself (cooking, dishes, bathroom, etc.).
- Keep your room clean and organized throughout your stay. Room checks are conducted once a month to ensure these standards.
- The thermostats in the home are off limits to guests without prior approval. If you feel the temperature of the house is uncomfortable, please notify host to accommodate.
- When using the laundry facilities, please be considerate and remove clothes promptly after cycle completes.
- The garage is off limits to guests.
- Your bedroom trash can is to be used to dispose of only non-food items. Any and all disposable food is to be discarded in the kitchen trash can.
- Please be considerate and take out the trash when full (bins are in the backyard on the porch).
- Do not eat other guests’ food; provide your own groceries.
- Do not move any shared items out of the shared areas they are supposed to be in.
- Guests are responsible for any damages to public areas or their rooms that they cause and will be charged for repairs.
- It is recommended that guests do not leave personal items in shared areas.
- Hosts are not responsible for missing or damaged personal items.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm till 8am, and apply to both inside and outside of the house while on property.
- For added security and protection for all guests, some of the shared areas of the home are electronically monitored from time to time (lobby, kitchen, stairway). Touching or moving any of the indoor or outdoor surveillance devices is strictly prohibited.
- Never allow strangers inside the house.
- For the safety, comfort, and privacy of all guests, no visitors are allowed on the property.
- Receiving mail is prohibited (only packages or food deliveries are allowed).
