I am looking for a new roommate for large house in, The Woodlands/Spring area. The house is a four bedroom two full baths and there also a hot tub as well and workout gym. The rent is $ 625.00 a month and all utilities are included. I am a white male 57 I do have one other white female roommate, she quit and stays in room most of the time. For work, I own a couple of companies. Well finding a good roommate, is all about the person you're living with, it's not so much about the house you live in, the house does not have to be so perfect, but nice. Getting along is a big plus, for sure!! Well for me, super easy to get along with and outgoing and hope to fine some the same. I would prefer a female roommate, my roommate I have now would prefer a female roommate. please no drugs or alcoholics You must have your own car and steady job!
