The rent includes all electricity, water, high speed internet access via wifi, CableTV, drive way parking, home alarm system in a single family home area with beautiful views.
No excess drinking, and This is a smoke free environment but if you do smoke feel free to do so outside. To secure the room a deposit of $250 is required of which $50. is used for the background check and is non-refundable. The remaining $200 will be refunded when you move out. The 1st month rent of $750.00 is required upon move-in. we are looking for a reliable, and responsible person to share our house, also we are looking a long term renter. Tenant Requirements:
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must sign a 6-12 Month lease.
•Must have a Job or stable income.
• Must pay rent on time.
• We will check 4 references: 2 of them must be family, and 2 of them can be friends.
