Pet policy: $30/mo pet rent per pet, 1 more pet allowed on the lease. My dog would likely get along with a cat (he’d most likely ignore it or be afraid of it). Dog allowed on case-by-case basis: must be spayed/neutered and meet my dog first to make sure they get along.
About Me & Bonus Roommate (my dog):
I’m an early 30’s professional woman that works from home full-time. Outside of work hours I’m normally cooking, going dancing with friends, watching tv, or taking my dog on walks/hikes.
My dog is named Opie. He’s an oversized yellow lab that loves everyone (and everyone loves him)! He’s extremely obedient, sweet, gentle, lazy boy who rarely barks.
Tenant responsible for background & credit check fees. Landlord has final approval of all tenants.
