Hello i have a property i do not have the time and financial stability to even fix to rent its been empty without tenants going on a year now so ive decided to place a good offer. It is a duplex a two-bedroom on top and a two bedroom one bottle it needs a little help plumbing for sure and maybe some touch up here and there a couple windows I'm looking for someone to rent each apartment preferably somebody with construction background it has a large lot with a gate around it so you have a lot of privacy I can offer to cut the grass every week which I've been maintaining while it's been vacant I do want someone that can help me with the upkeep and help manage the tenants in the other apartment so basically I live in maintenance man. With that i will discount the rent by half. Each duplex is 850 each with $400 deposit.
