My husband and I (30s) have a house in Friendswood, and we are seeking a housemate to fill the secondary room. We enjoy movies and board games. We are not home much on weekdays, more on the weekends. We have one other housemate who is a professional in his late 20s. You would share a bathroom with him. We have 2 cats. We have a nice sized backyard and a large kitchen. Our living room has lots of seating and almost all of the streaming services. The room is $800 a month including all utilities, available June 1st.
