I am seeking full time employment as I have recently moved to the great state of Texas. I have experience in many areas of general construction included but not limited to roofing, siding, windows, doors, painting, flooring, framing, basic plumbing and electrical. I have done a few remodels of the athletic spaces for the United States Air Force Academy and even more full home remodels all over the state of Colorado. I have worked as a self employed handyman for the last 4 years.
Not only do I have a Texas state Drivers Licence, I also have an AHERN lift certification, Hydro Mobile certification and my OSHA 30. I have operated most types of lifts, bucket trucks, telehandlers, and roll back tow trucks. I can also pass a drug test and a DMVR check.
I have construction management experience as a superintendent and as a project manager. I also was the repair manager for a roofing and restoration company for 4 years.
I have been working on small engines for the past couple years and have a good understanding of automotive maintenance. I am very mechanically inclined and have rebuilt countless engines, motorcycles, and golf carts over the years on my own.
I have a reliable SUV, a nice computer with access to fast internet. I am located in Grangerland, however, I have absolutely no problem with a commute up to and including an hour. I maintain a professional appearance and have excellent customer service skills. I’m not looking for any specific job, frankly, I’ll consider all opportunities.
