Personal Assistant/Administrative Assistant (Missouri City)

I have over 20 years office experience and AR/AP experience on QuickBooks and available immediately to work.
Office management: including on-boarding all new hires, drug tests, background tests, organization of office calendars. QuickBooks including payroll, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable and new hire entries set up & control of Employee, Customer, vendor, and contact files and organization of mail processing, correspondence with contractors, employees, vendors, and more. Purchase office supplies and keep stocked. Set up and coordinate safety protocols and documents for oilfield industry safety meetings. Available M-F 40 hrs a week
