I bring over 15 years of professional childcare experience working with children from newborns through school age in both traditional childcare centers and Montessori environments. My passion is creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
I am CPR and First Aid certified and have experience caring for children of diverse backgrounds and developmental stages. I enjoy planning age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play. For infants and toddlers, I focus on early learning skills such as counting, colors, shapes, letter recognition, reading, music, sensory play, and other hands-on activities. For older children, I can assist with homework and reinforce subjects such as reading, mathematics, science, and social studies.
In addition to providing attentive childcare, I have experience preparing nutritious meals and snacks, maintaining children's daily routines, and keeping play and learning areas organized. I am also happy to assist with transportation to doctor's appointments, school activities, field trips, and outings such as the zoo, museums, libraries, and parks, helping children explore and learn beyond the home.
My availability is Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. I am dependable, patient, organized, and committed to building trusting relationships with both children and their families. My goal is to provide dependable care while supporting each child's emotional, social, and educational development.
Thank you for considering my application. I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you about how my experience and dedication can benefit your family. I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Gina
