Hello my name is Anthony I am 28, I've been working in professional kitchens for 11 years. Started in the dish pit and now worked all positions in the HOH. I pride myself in my work and in my ability to move into a new position and learn that position very fast. Im currently looking for AM shifts. No weekend. I was last employee as a KM at the cheesecake factory 3 years ago. I was fighting cancer and had to take a step back from cooking. Now that I am in remission I am looking to continue my career in the restaurant industry.
