Stable secure job history. Must pass background check. Rent must be paid via Venmo or direct deposit to my checking account on the first of each month. No checks in the mail. Can do a short term lease anywhere from 3-4 months for $2495 a month

If you don't pay rent on time or a big complainer, we would not be a good match. I would just like a nice honest renter that pays rent on time and takes care of the place. First lease will be a six month lease If rent is paid on time every month then extend it to another 6 to 12 months would love to find a long-term renter that is stable and pays rent on time. If you pay your rent on time the first year we can do a two or three year lease or whatever you would like with no increase in rent as long as there's not a major increase in property tax or insurance. I will consider a 12, 18 month or 24 month lease if you credit worthy.
The property sits on almost a quarter of an acre so if your gardener it would be a great To set up a large garden.
