This is an old hunting/fishing type property that is undivided interest with 125 acres between other hunters/fishermen types along the Neches River just west of Mission Tejas and near Caddoan Mounds, just outside (literally within 2 miles) of Davy Crockett Natl Park!This does not include any house or dwelling, it is land only. However, you might work something out with renting others cabins, or take tent, camper. It is possible to park a camper, tents, or build a cabin as you'd like anywhere within the acreage and mark your parameters for your dwelling, being considerate of the few other (less than 10) other small dwellings adjacent to or along the river. You may launch your boat w/ community ramp, and it is possible to have electricity and septic tank, or run water from river. It's great fishing with the Neches if you aren't familiar, just ask! Davy Crockett Natl Park is so close with thousands of acres for hunting if you'd like, and there are some sandy beaches for taking the kids swimming along the river (go in boat to find your favorite!) Very private w/ just a few other owners who mostly use on holidays or some weekends in hunting season- but not crowded or even occupied most of the year.
