Catch and release, as I received a Z8 at the same time and am keeping that. Z6III is like new in every way, only 121 actuations, I verified with Nikon Professional Services it’s a USA item (not grey import).
Packed in retail box with EN-EL15c battery, USB-C cable (UC-E25), strap (AN-DC26), viewfinder eyecup (DK-29), body cap, user manuals, and cable holder/clip (no more and no less). Please be aware Nikon no longer includes a charger, the cable functions as that. Also note the cardboard packing tray inside the box has been replaced by bubble wrap.
