Small gutter installation company expanding into the Houston area looking for a very small operational space. We truly only need a small corner of space — primarily to receive mail (picked up about once per week) and possibly store a few tools. No materials and no customer visits.

• Shop or garage bay
• Industrial storage space
• Shared warehouse space
• Small office within an industrial building
• Extra space within another contractor’s shop or warehouse
We do not need much space at all — even a small corner of an existing warehouse or shop would work perfectly.
