Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with experience in the gas station industry to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to facilitating daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for executives.
Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documentation.
Handle travel arrangements including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
Serve as a point of contact between executives and various stakeholders.
Facilitate communication with vendors, employees, and customers, particularly in the gas station sector.
Assist with daily operations of the gas station business as needed.
Support financial tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and expense reporting.
Help coordinate special projects and initiatives related to the gas station operations.
Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items from meetings.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably with exposure to the gas station industry.
Strong familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Education:
High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
