Duties
* Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

* Assist clients with account management, including data entry, updating information, and processing transactions accurately.
* Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs, promoting products or services, and following up on leads.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using Microsoft Office tools and other data management systems.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent client service delivery across channels.
* Coordinate and prioritize tasks on a priority basis.
Qualifications
* Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish Strongly Preferred
* Excellent Customer Service Skills.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation.
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
* Experience in customer support or client services roles that involve analysis skills and problem-solving capabilities.
