Position Summary
CitiStaff Solutions is seeking a motivated and reliable OnSite Supervisor to support one of our key client locations in Pasadena, TX. The OnSite Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily staffing operations, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a high level of service delivery and employee performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of assigned client site, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times
• Serve as the primary point of contact between client and CitiStaff
• Coordinate and manage employee check-ins, attendance, and shift coverage
• Conduct new hire orientations and ensure proper onboarding procedures
• Monitor employee performance, productivity, and compliance with company policies
• Address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, disciplinary actions, and incidents
• Partner with recruiting team to fill open positions quickly and efficiently
• Ensure workplace safety standards are followed and report any incidents immediately
• Process weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely submission at the end of each week
• Provide regular updates and reports to management and client
Qualifications
• Previous experience in staffing, warehouse, or supervisory role preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Proficient in basic computer systems (email, Excel, timekeeping systems)
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
