We are seeking a strong, experienced, and highly motivated Leasing Agent for a large 500+ unit apartment community in Pasadena, Texas.
We are looking for someone who knows how to lease apartments, build strong resident relationships, and will help drive resident retention to maintain high occupancy levels. The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, works independently, and understands the importance of customer service, follow-up, and closing leases.
This is not an entry-level position. We need someone seasoned who can step in and immediately contribute to the success of the property.
Responsibilities Include:
Leasing apartments and maintaining strong occupancy
Conducting tours and following up with prospects
Building positive relationships with current residents
Assisting with renewals and resident retention efforts
Handling resident concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintaining leasing traffic and follow-up systems
Supporting community marketing and outreach efforts
Working closely with management to achieve occupancy goals
Qualifications:
Prior multifamily leasing experience required
Experience working at larger apartment communities preferred
Strong sales and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Professional appearance and communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Yardi or property management software experience preferred
