Position Summary
CitiStaff Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Pasadena, TX location. This role is responsible for overseeing all branch operations, driving business development, managing staff performance, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with staffing industry experience and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage overall branch operations, including recruiting, sales, payroll, and client relations
• Lead, train, and develop internal staff to achieve performance goals and company standards
• Drive business growth by developing new client relationships and expanding existing accounts
• Ensure high fill rates and timely placement of qualified candidates
• Monitor and manage branch P&L, budgets, and financial performance
• Oversee weekly payroll processes, billing, and compliance with company procedures
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Handle escalated employee relations issues and ensure proper resolution
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Analyze reports and metrics to improve branch performance and efficiency
Qualifications
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions (management experience preferred)
• Proven track record in sales, client development, and team leadership
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and staffing/payroll systems
