We are a document preparation and recording company looking for a motivated and reliable Administrative Assistant to work in office.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Scanning
Data Entry, Quality Control and Assurance of documents
Maintain a filing system
Analyze documents with county requirements
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft 365
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Punctual and Reliable
Requirements:
Clean Background Check
Clean Drug Test
Office and Clerical Experience
Mortgage Servicing Experience (Preferred)
