The Madison Real Estate Group is a highly respected property management organization that has built an exceptional reputation through steady, organic growth. We are expanding our team and adding a Leasing Agent due to continued demand from our existing clients.
We are looking for a strong Leasing Agent to support leasing at the Huntington Glen Apartment Homes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is confident in closing leases, and can manage their day independently while staying organized and professional.
If you are energetic, dependable, and take pride in keeping properties full and residents happy, we would like to meet you.
Responsibilities
• Show apartments and close leases
• Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads consistently
• Track leasing traffic and maintain organized records
• Assist with marketing and online listings
• Support the application and move-in process
• Assist residents with requests and coordinate with maintenance as needed
• Work independently while keeping management informed of activity and issues
Qualifications
• Prior leasing experience required
• Strong sales and closing ability
• Friendly, professional, and confident personality
• Organized and self-motivated
• Reliable transportation to travel between properties
• Strong communication and customer service skills
