Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Inventory Controller** to oversee inventory accuracy, stock management, and warehouse operations. This role is critical in ensuring our customers receive the right parts quickly and efficiently while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations.
* Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
* Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory shipments.
* Process inventory transfers, adjustments, and stock movements.
* Maintain accurate inventory records within the company ERP/accounting system.
* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
* Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure inventory availability.
* Track slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged inventory.
* Generate inventory reports and provide recommendations for stock optimization.
* Assist with warehouse organization and inventory control procedures.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
* Ability to analyze inventory data and identify discrepancies.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Forklift experience is a plus.
* Experience in industrial, manufacturing, CNC, or machine parts environments is preferred.
