What Youβll Do:
Customer First: Be the friendly voice of our company, handling calls with customers and coworkers with a smile.
Support the Owner: Assist with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and special creative projects.
Stay Organized: Keep our office running smoothly through excellent file management and organization.
Tech Savvy: Use MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) to manage communications and data.
What You Need:
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or sales role.
Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Attitude: A "can-do" spirit, an easy learner, and a creative problem solver.
Language: Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is a huge plus!
Logistics: Reliable transportation and living close to the Spring Branch area is preferred for an easy commute.
